Does it work with my Quest 2 / Quest 3 / Quest Pro standalone?
Yes. VirtusVR works with SteamVR (PC link or wireless) and natively on Meta Quest 2/3/Pro standalone using the official SlimeVR driver. We send the full setup guide alongside the kit.
What's the real difference between DSR and DSV?
The LSM6DSV has on-chip SensorFusion — meaning the hardware itself computes orientation instead of relying on software. Result: up to 5x less drift, longer battery life and much more stable behavior in long sessions (streaming, dance, mocap). The DSR is excellent for casual gaming; the DSV is recommended for anyone using 2h+ per session.
Do I need a base station (lighthouse)?
No. VirtusVR trackers are inside-out IMU-based, so no base stations needed. Just plug the USB receiver into your PC and calibrate.
What's the shipping time?
We assemble and test each kit individually, so dispatch takes up to 3 business days. Worldwide delivery typically lands in 5–14 business days depending on destination (free shipping included).

We have 4 factory and shipping hubs: China, United States, Australia, and Brazil — so you get faster delivery and reduced import tax.
What if my tracker fails?
Every kit has a 12-month factory warranty. If something breaks, we ship a replacement and pick up the faulty unit. Multi-language support via WhatsApp and Telegram.
Can I buy just 5 trackers, or do I need 8?
The choice is yours. The Pro Pack comes with 5 sensors (ankle + thighs + chest), and you can upgrade up to 11. Need just one? Purchase the Individual Sensor. The more measurement points, the more accurate the tracking.
